The return and refund process is horrible. then i decided to order a couple more things and two of the orders have been in transit. Checked the status of it and it says “closed” unsure what that means as I haven’t received the money. The quality of clothes is poor. Now i have nade another purchase hoping that everything goes ok this time but guess what? When I track packages it shows both were delivered on July 28. I ordered it over 2 months ago.
The second one the package almost got lost, I had to contact the carrier and beg them to help me find it, because the responde from the customer service on shein was a robot and said that they couldn’t help me even when i purchased a protection warranty for delivery! don’t purchase from this company you will not receive your order !!!! I also haven’t received my package worth $90 it was supposed to be delivered last week
