This place has been one of the very few things making life enjoyable throughout the plandemic. My boyfriend and I stopped in for a quick meal and were slightly turned off by how loud the 2000's pop music was. Everything was delicious. Composting toilets and open-air showers are available. You can rent a canoe or kayak. Our mixed drinks were decent but our server was very attentive and friendly.

I was truly surprised by The Park. Great food, great service... oh! Just keep on leash! Monica m brought two cups for our drinks to go without us even asking. Those mac & cheese and the burgers... absolutely worthy!We picked this restaurant for the promise of sitting outside - despite the heat! The park provides loans of fishing equipment.There is also a 9-hole golf course that was built during the Great Depression by the WPA and the CCC.Green fees will run you $9 during the week and $11 on weekends and holidays. The park is also an excellent launching point for kayaks and canoes, but you’ll have to bring your own. I would be back.
Drinks are good so I’m betting a nice place to people watch and have a few...The lunch menu offered options not available at dinner... truly enjoyed the Hot Chick lunch!
