The service we received was excellent from the moment... . We went with 4 kids (2 girls 7 and 9 and 2 boys 11 and 13) and stayed about 4 hours including time for a picnic. The room was beautiful with great views, facilities were brilliant. The car park is just over the road. Brooklands offers a fantastic day out for the whole family! Though it lacks the extras of a five star hotel, no doorman valet or concierge the front desk staff more than make... long wait, apparently a large birthday party ordered before us... but when we got our food, it was a beautiful lunch. The hotel was ideally suited for both. The staff are very attentive, without being overbearing and catered for our every need and want. TheirWow, the staff and volunteers have worked wonders to get the museum open again and Covid safe. Visited to attend a friends wedding so spent some a few nights there pre and... night out in Covent Garden.
