Spring rolls were delightful as well. I was waiting for this place to open prior to the pandemic. Basil Leaf Grill did not disappoint!! Only 4 stars because need room to grow. The Pad Thai was curiously not to salty - however, the light brown appearance told me that this dish was not gonna have plenty of flavor and sure enough it tasted like they only used like 50% or so, of what needed to be used to make it taste distinctively like Pad Thai.
Will definately be back. I ordered a dish called Mee Ga-Ti which is supposed to be creamy, spicy coconut flavored noodles.
But definately not disappointed with first timeWas excited to try a new Thai restaurant in Baldwin. The texture was fresh and just right, the portion was generous and the price was great I'm so glad there is a very good Thai place here in Nassau county. Excellent service right off the bat, as soon as we walked in.

Also, they used the wrong noodles (glass noodles) and not the typical rice noodles for the dish. The order was ready extremely fast, and everything tasted amazingly.
